Staff were exceedingly polite and professional going out of their way to help a foreigner navigate food delivery and to locate the Chinese address for places I needed to DiDi for business. If I have one criticism, as seemingly with all hotels in China, a the lack of vegetarian items at breakfast.

生日之旅最差的體驗

住過這麼多次萬豪旗下酒店，這次體驗是最差的。 首先我提出的request沒有提過，亦無視了。晚上9:30左右回到房間，發現空調有問題，叫了工程部人員上來維修，工程部人員讓我們等30分鐘還是不涼的話會幫我們換房間，30分鐘過後我們表示還是不涼，讓我們等，過了15分鐘一直沒有通知我們，我們再次打去前台，最後10:45才成功換房間。 前台服務員說升級我們房間，最後還比原先房間小，不過因為太夜了，只想休息就算了。 整體來說，設備除了冷氣其他都很新很乾淨的，但服務真的不足。

Bel hôtel avec une grande chambre. Check in et out rapide. Attention peu de personnes parlent anglais . Mais globalement on se débrouille. La restauration est moyenne (petit déjeuner et déjeuner). le cadre est agréable mais avec les moyens dont ils disposent ils pourraient vraiment faire qqch desuper bien. C'est loin d'être le cas

這家酒店位於南山新商業區,地點位置非常便利,距離地鐵站只需步行約2.5分鐘。周邊環境非常繁華,有許多大型商場,裡面商鋪眾多,美食選擇非常豐富。酒店收費合理。酒店的早餐供應也很齊全,品種繁多。酒店員工態度友好,提供優質的服務。整體來說,除了本身酒店設施沒有提供泳池之外（对我們來說我們不會用泳池設施！會去做健身。健身室也很好。)這家酒店還算是一間不錯的選擇。

很一般的住宿

規模不大的飯店，跟之前在其它地方住的萬怡不太一樣，房間不多，白天一整天附近在施工，但飯店隔音很差，白天很吵，晚上管線的水聲也很大，走廊的聲音也很清楚。題外話，一樓麵包外帶回房間吃是用不合尺寸的小紙袋裝，麵包上的東西都掉到紙袋底部，吃起來很不方便。
