We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean. "
