Room was in terrible condition. Carpet had stains all over and the shower was full of mold and mildew. Nobody on the staff spoke English so hard to communicate. Also arranged with the hotel for a shuttle bus to the airport the next morning that did not show up.
Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana, y me dijieron q la reservacion no existia y que no tenian cuartos, les mostre mi reservacion e hicieron caso omiso, solo me buscaron un taxi para que fuera a otro hotel.
Hotel is comfortable for one night. Room and bed cozy- good bathroom-
Staff rather perfunctory-no smiles. No dining room-had to walk outside
behind hotel searching for a place to eat( this at night and raining).
Main observation this hotel is NOT close to the airport it was a good 20 minute
drive.There was shuttle to airport.

Nära Pudong flygplatsen
Gratis flygtransfer varje timme på morgonen, vi åkte kl 7. Frukosten torftig för västerlänning.
The non-smoking room had an ashtray and smelled like cigarettes. The curtains let in too much light, and some local vendor was loudly playing music at 8 a.m. There was no coffee powder in the room. The Wifi was good, and the airport express was great. But, the complimentary breakfast had little choices which were not hot anymore.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but does offer a Chinese style breakfast.
The bus to the airport is charged at 20 rmb per person or 40 rmb for a family and good value.
The hotel is ok for an overnight stay but not for a holiday.
The carpets are old, there are stains in the carpets.
It is noisy even all windows are closed.
Need to pay 30 RMB for the ride to the airport. But you can also take metro to the airport if you can carry your luggage.
The carpet in the room was in need of a serious cleaning. We were given a smoking room and they tried to charge us for breakfast and airport shuttle when it was included in the price. Got the smoking room change and the second room was just as bad as the first. The staff was provided with the free breakfast and shuttle information but still tried to charge us. Even though it says Pudong Airport the hotel is more than 30 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was nothing but noodle and veggies in various forms, cold and of poor taste. Coffee was watered down. Make sure you bring flip flops because you don't know what you will get between your toes from the collection of food and drink ground into the carpet. The towels were ready for the rag pile. Have to say something good THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN.

Disliked: Staff & service
Good for a quick lay-over night.
Late arrivel, room was OK, maybe the air-conditioning has a lowered performance and no air conditioning on floors. The communication with staff was not easy (bad English).
Rooms were clean and comfortable, Staff was very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle was very accommodating. Internet connection was very good. No real complaints to think of.

Nice and comfortable.
Had some trouble coordinating the airport shuttle, but he was there and took care of us. Rooms were nice enough, clean but well used. Comfortable, the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Some English, enough to get us what we needed. Breakfast was typical, and slightly beyond expected. Internet worked very well.
There was a bit of a language barrier when checking in but we both managed to talk via translation apps which amused me. Staff were just willing to help as much as possible despite this which was great.
The room was excellent, modern and very comfy. The hotel can arrange a taxi to take you to the airport for a small fee.
The hotel is also situated only a short walk from a metro station.
On our furst day there, they called us an illegal taxi who kept telling us to hurry and pay him first, or the cops would get him, and then he dropped us off half a mile from our final destination and told us to walk. He charged us 100 for the trip from the
hotel to Disney. They also did not offer a free airport shuttle as advertised, which cost us a lot of money. They have a health rating posted on the wall by the check in desk as a "D" out of an A-F rating scale, which is below standard quality. No one spoke English, and it was very difficult to communicate. Very far from the airport and Shanghai Disney also. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff who worked there had their children playing and eating in the breakfast area with the guests. Two of the children kept taking food, biting it and putting it back on the trays that were served to the guests. Very unsanitary conditions. The lobby is beautiful, so we expected good quality, but this hotel definitely did not meet expectations.

The room was fine
Though somewhat small, the room was fine and clean. Some rooms face a highway and can be a bit noisy. The staff speaks almost no English. I can speak enough Chinese to get by, so I had no problem. The restaurant serves just Chinese food. And the complimentary breakfast was just ok. The hotel provides transportation to Shanghai Pudong Airport for a price. During regular hours, a scheduled, 10-minute ride to the airport cost me RMB30. Another time, an unscheduled ride to the airport at night cost me RMB70, which was ok. A driver is on call, I gathered. Around the corner from the hotel was a small grocery story. Besides that, not much nearby. (RMB6.65 = US$1.)
We arranged to be picked up by the hotel from the airport for 120 yuan. It is not complimentary. They were to be waiting for us with a sign, but they were not there. After being about 1.5 hours large, the guy who was supposed to meet us showed up, but instead of greeting us, he turns his back on us and starts talking on his cell phone. After several phone calls and another hour later (we tried to get his attention, but he would throw one hand up and continue talking). He finally takes us downstairs to go to the hotel. We get to the hotel and we had pre-paid for 2 rooms, it is 6:15 pm by this time. The staff only had one room ready and said it would take another 1/2 hour to ready the second room! We had scheduled an excursion in Shanghai and lost all of our money for it due to the incompetence of this hotel. The carpets are all stained up and no one speaks any English. I wouldn't mind that but they were not even willing to try to understand us and the incompetence was just mind blowing.
EXPECTED PROBLEM FACED, NO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON ON THE RECEPTION AND NO COMPLIMENTARY PICK AND DROP TO HOTEL WHICH IS NORMALLY AVAILABLE ON NEAR AIRPORT HOTELS.
