Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging.

Has the feel of old world charm in a fast moving city that allows you to relax in its comfort and elegance. Staff are attentive but discreet and well trained. The facilities are excellent giving the feeling of being home.

Great location, great view Room felt very dated and smelled of mildew and cigarettes. Some Cabinets are broken, and some light switches did not work. Room cleaning was also not consistent. Some items and towels were not replaced after it was used.
