"Blábjörg Resort is located in one of the most spectacular areas of Iceland, and it’s without question the best spot to see puffins — an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn’t acknowledge this at all. They provided no guidance, no tips, and no mention of the puffin cliffs just minutes away. Their focus seemed entirely on promoting the spa, which felt out of touch with what makes this region special. The breakfast was good, and the hotel itself is fine, but the lack of local insight from the staff was a missed opportunity."
