"The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to...

"Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay"

"The property was very clean, the staff were very helpful answering questions regarding the hotel and the surrounding areas. The shuttle to the beach was convenient and readily available. The private beach was lovely with chairs and umbrellas to rent and a very nicely decorated and welcoming facility for drinks, food and restrooms. "Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and cozy hotel at the beach of the sea."

"We arrived in the beginning of octobre. The summer season was clearly coming to an end, but weather was nice, sunny and day temperatures 21-23 degrees C. Few tourists, so we had the swimmingpool and the beach almost to ourselves. The hotel itself is surprisingly grandiose, with high ceilings and nice rooms. Area around planted with olivetrees and lemontrees. Staff is friendly, but prefers talking italian. Cudos for opening the breakfast 15 minutes early just for us, since we had to depart early....

"We stayed for 3 nights (3rd week of June).Very nice resort, quiet, well maintained and with beautiful gardens. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature was very hot during our vacation in Italy. The beaches in Gianola and Formia are a few minutes away (by car) as well as the beautiful city of Gaeta. In short, the Kora Park Resort is a little gem to be discovered. "
