Nous avions réservé une Chambre pour trois, don’t mon enfant de 6 ans avec air climatisé, ils nous ont donné une chambre sans air climatisé j’ai du dormir une nuit sur le balcon il faisait très chaud. Épouvantable comme traitement

A due passi dal mare ma deludente

L'unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza dal mare e che si trova al centro del paese . Abbiamo prenotato una tripla da internet . Le camere sul sito pubblicizzate sono diverse da quella assegnataci . I mobili di mia nonni sono piu' nuovi . Bagno piccolissimo , tipo sistemazione camper. Sono ingannevoli nella pubblicità . Pulizia 0: abbiamo trovato dei calzini sporchi del precedente ospite della nostra camera, dietro la televisione. A cena, era finita la pasta al forno da menu' e ci hanno dovuto fare delle penne fuori menu' . Troppe scale .......per passare da un'area ad un'altra dell'Hotel . Misure di sicurezza 0; è tutto in gres e maiolica per cui quando pioveva si rischiava di cadere per le scale. Personale educato. Lo sconsiglio vivamente .

Были второй год подряд. Очень живописное и уединенное место.Отель очень оригинальный, на каждом этаже собственный дизайн и практически нет одинаковых номеров.Хорошо организован трансфер,рекомендую! Добраться из Неаполя самостоятельно можно, но по деньгам особой экономии не получится.В отеле дают купон на скидку в термальный парк Tropical, который находится неподалеку. Завтраки обычные для Италии, очень вкусная выпечка и кофе, ужин традиционно не брали.Пляж платный 20 евро 2 лежака и зонт, хороший заход в море, подойдет для детей.Потрясающие виды СантАнжело, незабываемая атмосфера городка.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff and interesting island. If you want to plan excursions there is plenty to do, but equally it's a great place to relax. Really enjoyed our two weeks on the island.

Wonderful hotel right on the ocean

This hotel my not have all the amenities of a five star hotel however the employees are five star!!!! My husband and I felt like we were special because of the way we were treated. They could not have done more for us!! I am recommending it to all my friends! By the way they do have a five star view!

Comoda posizione con una veduta fantastica.

L'hotel si trova in uno dei luoghi più belli dell'isola ed offre una veduta spettacolare sul mare della splendida Sant'Angelo. Servizio e cortesia del personale buono, escludendo la fretta che mette il personale delle pulizie al mattino che viene a bussare alla camera. Le finiture e gli accessori delle camere e dell'intero hotel non sono di un hotel 4 stelle, come dovrebbe essere. Il bagno era molto piccolo e poco confortevole. Pulizia buona. Il wi-fi è presente solo nella hall, e completamente inesistente in tutto l'hotel. Parcheggio gratuito ma comunale, presso il quale è difficile trovare posto. Giudizio complessivo buono.

Excellent location with great views

La Palma is perfectly placed overlooking the lovely port of Sant'angelo. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless. The menu was printed in Italian and German only so could be challenging if you don't understand these languages. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. We also had access to the tropical thermal garden with it's 10 pools which was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bella vista su mare e "torre" di Sant' Angelo

Personale dell'albergo molto disponibile, accogliente, gentile, sempre presente con la cordialità e il calore del sud senza essere "invadente". Anche se un po' distante dall'albergo, ottima la convenzione con il parco termale Tropical di Sant'Angelo. E' valsa la pena di spendere un po' di più per avere camera vista mare.

L'Albergo è una pensione anni 40 tenuta benissimo e ri aggiustata. Ha mantenuto il grande fascino di un tempo facendo vivere le emozioni di quando si era bambini.(degli anni 60) .pulitissimo e silenzioso in una posizione di grande suggestione con fiori, fiori ,fiori ovunque curati e potati le stanze un pò piccole ma usufruendo di terrazzini comuni al sole per relax e stendere è andata bene. Non ho apprezzato molto il signore canterò del ristorante ma non grave ..
