"Lovely stay in a brilliant hotel. Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming, they even upgraded our room for our anniversary which was a nice touch.
The location is perfect, right by the marina and a 5 minute walk from the main strip and the main bus stops to explore the island, a lot of excursions near and the ferry port is a 3 minute walk which is very handy.
The hotel was a little old fashioned but I quite liked this style, old skool decor but clean and no issues with the room other than the air con being broken which wasn't ideal.
Didn't get to use the pool or spa but I hear they were good. Breakfast was good and I honestly can't compliment the staff more, very helpful and friendly.
Thanks for a lovely stay and we'll be back again"
"Best free breakfast we had on our trip. Bottomless mimosas, great cappucinos, 5-star view. This place is excellent value for your money. Staff was really nice and went out of their way to help us. Room was nice and clean and everyone gets a gorgeous ocean view. Only downside: it's a 15 min walk from restaurants, and the onsite restaurant needs to be booked in advance, so plan ahead. Also, I really recommend renting scooters - the front desk staff can have them delivered right to the hotel in half an hour."
"The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer."
"We found this hotel located in a beautiful place, however the property is SO outdated. Our fridge wasn’t working and despite mentioning this to reception it was ignored. The electricity was out for pretty much the whole day, no apology or any notification. The smell of the sewage was horrible in the corridor during this period.
The staff were not particularly friendly or informative. The porters were nice and actually offered good advise about the area.
The thermal pool was good and the view is stunning. "
