Staff only speak German , and the bathrooms have leakage , they book the airport taxi and and they charged 2 times , a child of 4 years came to visit and staid few hours during they charged 180 euro Furniture is very old

It is more like a German Hotel, even most of the language used there in instruction is German. - There i nothing a lot for kids

Golf getaway
Stayed 4 nights and played 4 rounds of golf. The golf course was in beautiful shape and the staff at both the hotel and golf course were amazing.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir sind soeben von unserer Reise zurück und doch sehr enttäuscht über die Buchung Das Hotel befindet sich aktuell nicht im dem Zustand welchen wir erwartet und gebucht hatten. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht nutzbar und der Baulärm war sehr störend sodass auch die Liegen vor Ort und die Beachbar nicht nutzbar waren Zahlreiche Restaurant wie die Sushi Bar, Wine & Dine, Steak-Terrasse und eben die Beachbar waren nicht geöffnet und nicht nutzbar Auch die App-Buchung von Restaurants ist sehr befremdlich und nur mit Mühe sowie des tollen Einsatz ihrer Mitarbeiter vor Ort konnten wir das gewünschte Essen erhalten Wir bitten um Prüfung und Feedback zudem erwarten wir eine Endschädigung. Wir waren bereits das 4. Mal im Nobilis und können es absolut weiter empfehlen! Das Essen, die Mitarbeiter, das ganze Areal einfach top. Diesmal waren wir in einem der Bungalows untergebracht. Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung hat noch Luft nach oben. Allerdings hatte ich hier das Gefühl, das zu wenig Personal für die Reinigung der hochwertigen Bungalows zur Verfügung steht.

Der Robinson Club Nobilis lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist einfach nur der WAHNSINN. Also plant eine Diät nach dem Urlaub ein. :-) Die Shows sind mega toll, die Leute alle nett. Die Beach Volleyball Felder super gelegen. Es gibt einfach keine Kritikpunkte.

Das Robinson Nobilis ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind wiederum in die Jahre gekommen.

Eine schöne Bubble zum Erholen - alles hat gepasst: Schöner Meerabschnitt, Clubanlage mit Park und vielen Bäumen, Essensauswahl vielseitig, Sport und Aktivitäten sehr gut. Einziges Manko: Abends wirklich sehr laut - für Frühschläfer schwierig dabei einzuschlafen, wenn man im Haupthaus ein Zimmer in Richtung des Abendprogramms hat.

Pandemi şartlarında bile güzel
Çok güzel bir tatil yaşadık. Pek çok beş yıldızlı otelde tatil yapmış biri olarak söylüyorum ki benim isteklerimi tamamen karşıladı. Tatillerde ilk aklım gelen otel artık burası olacak Pek çok spor olanağı, pandemi şartlarına rağmen kurallara uygun eğlenceler, güler yüzlü çalışanlar, lezzetli yemekler, güzel konseptler, özenli yapılmış yerleşke ve çevre düzenlemesi. Tek sorunu tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu olmaması ve bunun yanında da kalitesiz tuvalet kağıtlarının olması.
