Brilliant hotel, rooms were modern. Diab who worked there was lovely, he was very friendly and helpful. Even offered us some complimentary snacks and drinks before our flight. The kids enjoyed the pool and slides

Air conditioning was great. Room was cleaned only on request 😞 when I first arrived I thought everything was great. Never any guests around pool I found it very strange that in 10 days I only ever saw 1 guest at pool/sunbathing area. It is nice to be peaceful but isolated is not good. I would like the property to know that they have a lovely property but perhaps need some lessons in customer service. I had an original ok bedroom but very small so 4 days in I asked for room upgrade. I expected a minimal fee for this but it cost £300 to change - no negotiation that was it. My shower did not work and was assured it would be sorted by time I came back from dinner - it was never sorted in my ten day stay I showered with a trickle of water and was very unhappy. 'm afraid I would not stay here again and was shocked 10 minutes before I left cleaner knocked door to ask if I wanted room cleaned?!!!! To add insult to injury I found lift was not working when I left and when I asked at reception for help with my case (I am disabled) it was like I asked for a free trip to the moon. If you like peace and quiet on a holiday and nothing that resembles customer care or focus then this is the place for you.!!! I am so disappointed,

Great little find, nicely finished hotel

Unexpected emergency stay in Turkey whilst family member on holiday was very poorly in hospital. This hotel was a very good price so we weren’t expecting much but it is lovely. Very clean communal areas and our bedroom was immaculate. Comfy beds with a small balcony, a fridge and good air con too. We didn’t opt for breakfast so can’t comment on that. The pool area looked nice and clean and well kept. The pool was being drained for the winter so we didn’t venture in. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and spoke English well. Being near the end of season the hotel was fairly quiet but no outside noise at all. Small supermarket at the end of the road was good for snacks. Great little park outside of the hotel which looked great for little ones too.
Reception area very clean, spacious and comfortable

This hotel is bad. Room was clean and air conditioning worked, however we stayed there 11 days, and the room was cleaned only 2x for our entire stay. We switched rooms twice and we saw a dead cockroach in two rooms (one in the room we were suppose to move to and another in the room we stayed) The spa didn’t work, the restaurant was only open during breakfast, no other time was food available at hotel. Breakfasts was very basic, only boiled eggs and cold cuts, only hot food was French fries. The telephone only worked during the day, after 6 you have to contact front seat through Whatssap. The pool worked and this was the ONLY amenity at the hotel. The front door employee, Murat was extremely helpful and nice. He helped us out a lot but otherwise this hotel is something I wouldn’t recommend especially with a family. (I was with a 2 year old)

Temiz, Ortalama Bir Konaklama

Ailecek üç gece kaldık. Oda gayet temizdi. Fakat kaldığımız dört gün içinde hiç odayı temizlemeye gelmediler. Çöplerimizi bile kendimiz indirdik. Anlamadığım otelde arada resepsiyona çocuk çalışanın bakmasıydı bizi ilk o karşıladı. Haricinde kalan beyefendi gayet ilgili nazik biriydi. Otele ulaşmak için havalimanından tramvaya binip mall of antalya tarafında sinan durağında inip BA-22 nolu belek otobüslerini kullanabilirsiniz. Oteldeki görevlinin söylediği 3 saatin aksine sadece 1 saat sürüyor. Aynı otobüsle Antalya merkeze de gidebilirisiniz.
