"Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great. An injury was treated effectively and quickly by staff Jeffrey and Richard. Great service all round. Beach is great and having bangalows right on the beach is a real nice. A top stay for 4 days"

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. "The property was in a poor state of repair and finding the restaurant when we arrived in the dark was not easy. There was no signage, minimal lighting and no staff to help. The service was slow and although we did not see the swimming pools or beach in daylight the pools did not look clean. "
