I stayed at some of the best places in the world but this was such a new experience. The hotel area seems like 1990's texas and it was so freaking good. Would stay here again and again.

事前にシャトルバスをメールで申し込むも、違う旅行サイトから予約せよと伝えられる。 Hotels.comから予約したので出来ないと伝えるも無視された。 対応は値段相応。清潔感は皆無で時間と予算に余裕があれば絶対に使わない。

Loud Rooms - I only had a four hour stay late at night and got almost no sleep. I could hear water running, coughing, and noises all night from other rooms.

The shuttle driver was friendly and on time ( for a 4am transfer to the airport). I requested a non smoking room and although the room was marked No smoking, the cigarette smell was still very strong in the room when I walked in @ around 4pm

Friendly, quiet, relaxing
The friendly staff picked us up from the airport and dropped us off the next day for RM26 per person. The hotel room isn't big, but big enough to spend a relaxed and peaceful overnight stay near the airport(ten minute drive), because the hotel is a in a calm area with no traffic passing and also no other disturbance

Nice room close to airport
Room was well designed and in excellent condition. Service was great, including prompt airport transfer in the morning (at a small extra cost). There are not many services in the immediate neighborhood, mostly just a cluster of small hotels, but there is a commercial area about a mile away.

Unfortunately, I was only able to stay a couple of hours but airport transfer is included, which is great.

This stay was better than last time. The shuttle service is often slow but less expensive. The rooms are clean but very small. It is very convenient because it is close to the airport.

Ruined my trip to Kuala Lumpur
We booked this hotel because of their airport shuttle service. What a disappointment. We contacted the hotel in adavance with our flight details. They gave us instructions where to meet the driver and a phone number in case anything went wrong. It did! The driver wasn’t there we when arrived. We waited about 15 minutes before calling the hotel. They said the driver was on the way and would be there in 10 minutes. He wasn’t. We called the hotel several times over the span of an hour. They kept promising 10 minutes, 10 minutes es. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport, yet we waited a total of an hour and half for the driver! Consequently we missed a couple of the things we wanted to do in KL because of the delay. TERRIBLE!

A hidden gem
My flight was delayed 3x and the hotel staff were aware of it. When I finally arrived I called the hotel and Rafiq came to pick me up. He was pleasant to deal with and brought my luggage up to my room (going the extra mile). My room was decent and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shuttle service is $13 RM each way but worth the price and the hotel is 15 mins away from KLIA. Overall, good hotel and lots of restaurants around.

The faucet was heavily leaking in my room. This should be checked before guests check into the room.If you want to shop at the mistui outlet or go to airport, the hotel is about 15 mins away. What can be improve to make the room more comfortable.

Very basic set up only consider if you are looking for airport transfer for a short period of time. Remote location and rooms are tiny. Airport shuttle costs RM13 per person.

Nothing special but convenient for layover
Good for staying a night or 2 when on layover in KUL. Don’t expect anything from the pick up service booked it, double checked with manager and still had to take a taxi there! Poor excuse flight was delayed when it arrived early. The hotel was clean and the beds were fine for a night. Overall ok.

Basic but okay
Need to go to a nearby location to find food - a bit of inconvenience. Knob of sink tap needs to be easy to use. Wifi is strong and they provide a root transfer service with a surcharge. Quiet place except for sounds of airplanes as it's not far from klia and klia2.

Great one night stay at the hotel near airport
The place was clean and modern at a great price. The pick up at the airport was smooth and staff helpful. It's a 20 min journey from the airport. There is a hawker style place near by and a good little cafe round the corner of the hotel.

Clean and close to the airport
If you have to spend a night waiting for a transfer flight this is a wonderful choice. Clean, essential, friendly staff with 24h free coffee available. The hotel offers a shuttle service ro and from the airport at a reasonable fee (ask the hotel for details). They so provide 2h, 4h fees if you have long transfer time and you don't wanna spend hours hanging around the airport

Not so bad
Nice hotel, friendly staff and even offer transportation to the hotel for a fee. Small room but food 24 / 7. Of course, late in the night you get toast and peanut butter, but still. ^.^
