"Staffs were very nice & helpful. Loved laundry machine. Washer is fairly large size & dryer works very well. Convenient location for tasty small local restaurants next to hotel. Subway station for Line 2, exit 9 is 2 SHORT blocks away. 3 Staffs tried to get Taxi from their own hand phone(Cell Phone)at the same time. Because we were there during busy 3 day Holiday. We are going back to same hotel after trip to China. They are holding our large luggage while we are gone for 9 day China trip."

"We stayed 3 nights. Convenient location for transportation, food, and shopping. Modern and calm decor. Soft and comfy pyjamas and bedding. Good amount of amenities provided in room. Excellent variety of food for buffet breakfast. Hotel umbrellas for loan to guests. Helpful and friendly staff."
