The soundproofing in the rooms could be better. The room was nice and spacious. The eco features weren't great for me personally but others might appreciate it. Close to the metro and easy trip from both airports. Good and prompt communication from the property. It's a bit far from Seoul by train but didn't bother me much.

Great hotel in Seoul

The hotel was a perfect distance from both ICN and some great walkable areas. The hotel is easily accessed from the train- only a 5 minute walk at max. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the park next door was great for a leisurely walk in the sun.

The room was spacious, clean, and with a great garden view. Also, it was a pleasant surprise that my room had a water purifier, an air purifier, and a styler. They were all very useful. The surrounding area is very safe and walkable with a serene atmosphere. Many restaurants across the street offer a variety of dining options. Also, Traders and One Grove Mall nearby offer convenient shopping opportunities. Most of all, the staff were very courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Hazel, Amie, and the housekeeping crew for being cordial as well as Leo and Olivia for going above and beyond to assist us. Our stay at this hotel was amazing and we would definitely be coming back on our next trip.
