This property was in a great location, central and near to the metro. The underfloor heating was amazing also as we never got cold!

Personally I liked it a lot. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need. The location is awesome. I had so much fun in the neighborhood. Bit of an incline walking up to the door if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. If not then you will get a daily workout in.

Great guesthouse
The guest house is very clean and well organized. It has a kitchen with appliances, plates, glasses, etc. The room was as advertised and the owner left even some toothpaste alongside 2 new toothbrushes for us. Very kind in the circumstances in which out luggage has been lost. We (me and my wife) arrived around 2 am on a very rainy night (slleepy and tired). The owner left for us the indications on how to get in and how to open our room. That is a give stars service right there. Definitely recommend this guesthouse 😃

Great place
We had a great stay here, the manager was really friendly and helpful and we found the place to be very quiet, easily accessible to major attractions (Myeondong is around 3 mins walk and the cable car to North Seoul Tower is around 2 mins walk (or the walk to the tower is around 45 mins - highly recommend)). We found plenty of coffee available and the hot and cold water dispensers were great. We found breakfast to have enough options for us (even for a 7 night stay), we just wished there was a towel in the kitchen to dry items (you wash up yourself after breakfast and leave items in a drying rack which often meant that plates etc were sometimes damp if people had breakfast before you!)

Good location although walking up the steep but small hill may be a challenge to the elderly. It is strategically located near Myeongdong shopping street and subway line and definitely within walking distance. The host is friendly. The shared kitchen is well stocked with food/drinks and utensils. A small con would be the wall which is relatively thin; you have to tone down the TV volume and speak softly to avoid disturbing others.

Value for money
The uphill walk going to the hotel was a challenge especially when you are tired from walking all day. The room was spacious and clean. It was just a few minutes away from Myeong-dong Station. I would recommend that they give bigger towels. Overall, our stay was great.

The owner is accommodating and the location is near Namsan Soul Tower..I would not recommend the place to Seniors and PWD Bec the place is steep.

Overall, the photos do not really reflect the guest house itself but still was extremely clean, warm during the winter and felt really cozy like a small apartment. The owner speaks english, chinese, korean, and probably other common languages as well and was very helpful in finding our rooms and giving us a free upgrade. The floor heating was really warm despite the negative 15 degree weather as they had turned it up to ensure all the guests felt comfortable. Overall very nice stay, cost-efficient, and only downside is it is up on a fairly steep slope with a 30-40 meter uphill walk. Would definitely recommend.

Great convenience for the money! Helpful staff.
This place is setup like a guesthouse. It has 24 Hour check-in, just had to press the button on the door. The staff also replied to questions submitted via text message. There was a slight problem where one of the external doors had me locked out of the hallway to my room, but it was quickly solved. You will have to walk up a steep hill, so I highly suggest a taxi when you have luggage, but otherwise it is a quick walk to Myeongdong! The staff was also kind when I was late checking out because I overslept =)

To start off, I was with my parents who are both aged 60+. It came as a surprise to us when we arrived and found out that the location of the guesthouse was up in the hills. It was very steep getting there but good thing that a taxi brought us straight up there. It was quite a challenge going back and forth to the different places in Seoul since it was physically tiring to reach the guesthouse. However, location aside, the stay was really homey and comfortable. The room was huge enough for all of us 3, and the toilet was also big. The hotel owner was also kind enough to allow us an early check-in (as early as 11AM). There was free breakfast which consisted of bread, eggs, butter and strawberry jams, juice and coffee. We totally enjoyed our stay (notwithstanding the uphill climb). Worthy to mention also that we were brought to Myeongdong Station after our check-out by the owner for our convenience. Although uphill, the guesthouse was conveniently located just few steps from Myeongdong station. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to anyone who wants to stay nearby Myeongdong and who would not mind the physically demanding walk to the place.

以價位來說CP值真的不錯 但只建議背包客以及年輕力壯的人入住，如果你拖著行李有十幾20公斤是絕對不建議的，那個不是只是個小坡而已，應該有45度，如果要扛著行李真的是非常的吃力。

CP值超高的民宿，房東人很帥！！
距離明洞很近，很方便，民宿環境安靜，冬天去地板會發熱，無冷氣空調，晚上窗戶開個小縫比較好睡覺，房間的毛巾每日補給，算乾淨，住四天不到5000台幣，真的很划算，以後會再訂。

お風呂は狭かったですが、夜中でもチェックインさせてもらえましたし、オーナーさんは優しい方だったと思います。 ホテルまではかなり坂がきつく、タクシーも途中までしか来れませんが、それも含めて楽しい旅行になったので、そこまで不満はありません。

快適でした。
初めて利用させていただきました。明洞駅からたどり着くまでにずいぶん道に迷いました。近くまで来ていることは分かっても、なかなか見つからなくて、他のゲストハウスのスタッフの方に教えてもらって、やっと着きました。細い急な坂を登った先でした。外出してナムサン　ハウスに戻る際、タクシーの運転手の方に住所や宿の名前を言っても分からなくて、なかなか大変でした。一度覚えてしまえば明洞駅からも会賢駅からも歩いてすぐ近くです。一泊させていただきましたが快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいと思います。

すごい坂のところにあって観光で疲れた足にはきつかった。エアコンのホコリがすごくてマスクをして寝ないと喉がやられてしまう。お風呂がトイレと一体型で仕切りもないのでトイレがびしゃびしゃになってしまった。 でもオーナーさんは優しくて日本語できちんと説明してくれたのでわかりやすかった。電話番号がエクスペディアに載っている番号では繋がらず焦ったが、現地で呼び出しボタンを押すとすぐオーナーさんが出てきたので安心した。電話をしてから現地に行かなくても良さそうだった。朝ごはんもパンや卵、バターが置いてあって自由に作ることができた。調味料は塩しかなかったが。 基本的には貧乏旅行者にとってあって嬉しいものが揃っていたのでよかった。

とても急坂を登った先にあって行くまでがきついですが、洗濯機も無料で使えて朝食も無料で出ていて、スタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくれて優しくて良かったです。 ただ、お風呂とトイレが同じだった所が難点でした。

明洞駅から近く、ソウルの中心地を巡るのにとても便利な場所でした。マスターもチェックインの時しか会いませんでしたが、「何かあったらいつでも電話を」と言ってくれてとても親切な方でした。宿の設備は洗面用品やウォーターサーバ、セルフの朝食と、貧乏旅行者にとって必要なものが程よく揃っており、とても助かりました。 駅から宿までの坂は確かにキツイですが、通りの風情もあり、眺めもよく、最高でした。 また、南山ロープウェイの麓駅まで徒歩1分であるため、裏技として、チェックイン前&チェックアウト後に構内のコインロッカーを利用しておりました。（当然ロープウェイも利用しましたが（笑）） とにかく便利で最高でした！

The guesthouse is convient that is about 10-15minutes to MyeongDong subway station, and the enter point of N Seoul Tower (the lift climbing up the hill) is just located on the next street. The staff is helpful that even she don’t understand much on English, she tried her best to understand and offer help, that had helped a lot during my stay. Our room was a double room. Although the space is smaller than we imagined, it is enough to use. And refrigerator allow us to store some drinks and yogurts bought. But the guesthouse is located on the inclined street, if you have heavy luggage, you will need more time and effort to reach when check in. As my room was on Third floor, every night I backed to room with goods, like doing some light exercise, help burning my fat🙈👍.

滞在中、スタッフにお会いする機会はありませんでした。こういった施設に不慣れな方は不安に思うかも知れませんが、そういうものと思えば満足されることでしょう。スタッフ不在でもチェックインできる方法はこの場にはかけませんが安心して行かれるとよいと思います。 清潔感あり、居心地はよかったです。 みなさん言われている急坂とてよい思い出です。

坂道が思った以上に急勾配。部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。床暖房？かよくわかりませんが床が暖かく暖房いらずでした。床暖房じゃないとしたら夏場はキツそう。個室、ミョンドン近くでコスパ重視の人にはオススメです。
