Great location and meet special request

Located about 600m from Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal and Emart, it was easy for us to get to different places of interests by public transport. Though this is a couple trip, we decided to book a larger room for greater comfort, however there was not enough space to cater for even 2 luggages. Hotel staff is limited in conversational English. We did manage to get an early check-in, which we are really grateful for after a night flight and a long bus ride from the airport. The hotel also met our request to have double pillows without additional costs. We had a low floor room with no few, but not going to complain about that. Overall value for money stay, but could lower prices of breakfast. Only negative feedback is the housekeeping - floor is not cleaned, toilet and facial tissues are not replenished, but the counter staff acted quickly.

Moldy smell in sheets / pillows

The staff were nice but the facilities were in poor condition, possibly because I went during the off-peak season. The bedding and pillowcases had a moldy / mildewy smell. When I left a note requesting that they be changed, the mildewy smell decreased with the next change of bedding but then the subsequent changes still had a mildewy smell. There were no spare pillowcase replacements available in the evening. The walls are marked up in the suite I had and some others I saw. It's not ideal for photos as the walls appear dirty. The free parking was nice and not an issue. Didn't try the food but there is a banquet hall. Overall, because of the moldy smell in the bedding I would not recommend the hotel because of health concerns.

최고의 가성비 호텔, 숙소 컨디션과 뷰가 완벽함에도 1박 가격이 이렇게 저렴할 수 있음에 감탄하고 갑니다. 또한 서귀포 번화가에 있어 근처에 카페 및 식당 편의점 다 있어서 이용하기 편합니다. 다만 주차공간이 조금 늘어났으면 좋겠습니다. 정말 잘 숙박하고 갑니다!

겨울이지만 저는 더위를 많이 타서 더웠어요 에어컨이 안 틀어져서 프런트 연락했더니 에어컨을 방마다 개별로 못 틀어 준다고 해서 선풍기라도 달라고 해서 선풍기 틀고 잤네요 ㅎ 이불 하나도 안 덮고 잤어요 조식은 별로 입니다. 바닥 대리석이라 깨끗하고 좋았어요 침대 푹신하고 좋았어요

4인가족 가성비 좋은 호텔!

4인가족여행이었는데 침대도 넓고 화장실, 욕실, 세면대 구조가 이용하기 편리했어요. 넷플릭스도 설치되어있어 좋았구요. 주차장이 좀 좁아서 건너편에 주차하는게 조금 번거로왔네요. 근처에 맥도날드, 스타벅스 등이 있어 편리했구요. 조식도 한식, 양식 다 있어서 가성비 좋았어요. 다음에 또 제주갈때 이용하고 싶어요.

가성비호텔

작년5월에 방문했을때 가격도 저렴하고 룸컨디션도 좋아서 다시 방문했는데 이번엔 별로네요.902호에 배정받았는데 문은 완전히 닫히지 않았어요. 희안하게 밖에서 열수는 없으나 틈이 많이 있어요. 수리가 필요해 보여요. 변기시트에 얼룩이 있어서 사용전에 닦아냈고 지워지지않는 얼룩도 있었어요. 수압도 약해서 샤워하는데 시간이 오래 걸렸어요. 드라이기도 고장나서 새걸로 교체받았어요. 방을 바꾸고 싶었지만 밤늦게 체크인한데다 문제를 발견하기전에 이미 짐을 풀었고 지내는 동안 잠만 잘거라 귀찮아서 그냥 지냈어요. 방값이 싸니까 그냥 그러려니하고 지냈지만 작년방과 비교돼서 좀 그랬네요.
