Lee Jung-seop Street and Maeil Olle Market are both within walking distance, and the hotel is close to Jeju Olle Trail Route 7. It’s clean, offers excellent value for money, and I’d likely stay here again.

Good view from my room even though it's only 4th floor. It's location is accessible to many food street.Recommended!
Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Right smack on a food street with Korean BBQ, seafood and hot chicken restaurants. Seogwipo's Olle Market is a 5 minute walk; wharf is a pretty long 20 minute trudge down the hill. Bus number 600 is a 3 minute walk which takes you to Jeju Airport in 90 minutes.
Staff was very nice and courteous. Hotel is a bit dated, but a great value and location. Will definitely consider coming back, if I need a basic place to sleep and explore the neighborhood.

Central location to food markets and local waterfalls
It’s quite dated and the rooms smelt like cigarettes even thought all rooms were non smoking rooms.
It definitely needed some cleaning and renovations but it’s good for a short stay.
The fact the air-conditioning was working I really loved it

The rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hallways are old and stained. They only provide hand towels for showers and the front desk staff were not very helpful
I think this hotel is good for solo or couple.
But only parking area was not uncomfortable.
It's not good because time waste for me.
One of the merits for this hotel is close to the public market.
I feel good sense for the Jeju Ole traditional market.
Location is the best in Seoguipo.
I loved going to Olle Market for most of our meals there. Alive Museum Jeju is only 25 min drive. My kids spent 45 min there and zoomed through the museum but it is a fun place take lots of pictures of your children.
Must have had rash of towel theft—staff was rather skimpy on towel requests. Rooms were pretty spacious, but the pool was not open, much to our chagrin!
Generally had an excellent stay except the reception is not conversant in English but at least tried to use a translation software to communicate and a strict no early check-in.

Large towels not provided, but we were given extra small towels. Mold at bottom of shower door.
The hotel was nice and in a really good location. The only part that disappointed me a little was the overall cleanliness of it. The carpets look old and a bit worn out, same as the furniture. The room didn’t feel like it was properly cleaned ( although everyday the cleaning crew would come in). The communication with the front desk was a little hard, although they were extremely nice and sweet and did try their best to answer any questions. I would appreciate a pamphlet or two in English for international visitors. But all and all it was a great place to go and stay for few nights. The swimming pool’s view was phenomenal!
We booked the hotel for three nights but ended up only staying for one night. The hotel photos are not accurate. The hotel hallways had stains all over the floors, the room was dirty, and the view was a parking lot (not ocean view). It was very loud with a bunch of kids running around. The shower didn’t have consistent temperature. It would fluctuate between very hot and luke warm.

Disliked: Room comfort
The hotel is using a centralised system so we could not adjust the room temperature and it was extremely stuffy and hot at night despite us opening the window (which invites the mozzies to come into the room). The walls are also not sound proofed.
This hotel might have been nice when it was built but now it is dirty and outdated. Our room had nice view to the ocean but the room itself was dirty. Floors hadn't been wiped nor anything else. Floor carpets around the hotel were covered with stains. The hotel has central heating system so you can't change the temperature in your room. We visited in the early spring and our room was so hot we couldn't really sleep. We were left dissapointed as the pictures of the hotel looked nice. Staff seemed nice though hardly spoke any english. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and easy to arrive by car.
On most hotels one would expect to at least receive a nicely sized towel to use after your shower. That is not the case here. Furthermore, on our three night stay, our room was made up twice, and both the times the housekeeping had left our door unlocked and open, free for anyone who wished to enter our room and collect our belongings.
And to top all of that off, one would expect that a hotel in a tropical destination with a pool would either have said pool free to use for its guests or at least clearly advertise that no, there is a 10 000 won fee per person per usage - something that we were told as we were getting in to the water.
Just save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere - you will be disappointed
