"The 4 course dinner and wine pairing were indulgent and fabulous. This is a great place to view the valley where Montepulciano grapes originate while sipping its wine. I would highly recommend!"

"Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again."

"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"

"Una Oasi molto piacevole per condizioni della struttura e dell'ospitalità. Villa molto curata in tutta la proprietà e la sua recinzione. Il verde che la attornia isola benissimo l'area e permette anche il soggiorno nella giornata parco, piscina giochi ecc. La villa è in una area attorniata da capannoni magazzini che lasciano pensare a zona industriale. Ho fatto un week end quindi non so se nei giorni feriali sia rumorosa oppure no. Per i week end è ottima oasi di pace. Non ci sono negozi,...

Infine, non per importanza, Raffaella e Massimo sono dei perfetti host, gradevoli, cortesi e super disponibili."

"La stanza è bellissima, ristrutturata ed arredata dall'architetto che gestisce il B&B. Da notare è il bagno di qualità con una doccia da cui non vorresti mai uscire e il letto comodissimo!! La colazione all'italiana è organizzata dai genitori del gestore che vivono nell'altra metà dell'edificio. Il ciambellone preparato dalla moglie era buonissimo e il marito è sempre pronto ad offrire te/caffe/cappuccino."
