"This was a great place in a great location behind Tupelo Street only a short walk to core of Seaside. The management company for the property was excellent with communication and meeting expectations. We will definitely use them again and likely this specific property."

"We had a problem with the AC in the room the first night but the front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Especially the gray haired gentleman at reception (sorry I forgot your name), and Howard at the poolside bar. These two are your best employees!"

"I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there."

"Fantastic Resort, Beautiful Location, pricey at $700-800/ Night. Staff is exceptional. Attention to detail impressive
Restaurant FOOW is just average food, mediocre service / beachfront/ stunning location
Beach chairs at $100/ day is excessive.
We will stay again "
