"Phenomenal stay at a breathtaking area in Scotland The Isle of Skye .The room was super clean and had everything one needed in a compact package .We stayed two nights just last week ! The breakfasts which were included were amazing and after having dinner there our first night ,having dinner there for the second night was a no brainer ! We had such kind and attentive service from Mina and Mahmoud . They were so naturally nice and hospitable it felt like we were at home ! The only knock at all was the bartender who worked on night of April 18th , he seemed disinterested just for a simple whisky pour, way different than the professional attentive almost loving care by Mina and Mahmoud . We were in Scotland for 17 days and he by far had the coldest inhospitable demeanor of any bartender THE ENTIRE TRIP ! For a jewel of a bar with beautiful lighting ,displays ,and seating it is even more surprising of how bad his demeanor was .Everything at Brackenhide was 5 star this male bartender who worked night of April 18th was a 1star because he didnt spill our drinks and muttered a thankyou!"
"Our stay at the Skye Inn was made very enjoyable because the Staff were so welcoming and did everything to make us feel comfortable.
The breakfast menu was both varied and delicious served with a smile.
Our room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. A tray filled with choices of tea coffee and chocolate was a bonus.Fresh milk was replenished when required.
Our dog had a wonderful reception."
"Great location, bed was comfy and room was clean. The reception staff seemed to be more interested with arguing with each other, mainly caused by the lady in the back office than tend to my checking in.
The blinds in the room were terrible and the bathroom curtain window was hanging off. Floor boards very creaky. Parking a nightmare.
Breakfast was great the first morning but only ok the 2nd. Restaurant staff were excellent.
I would stay again as the price compared to other hotels was excellent. All in all a good stay.
