The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature.

Really good value for money

Really big and spacious room for a family of 3, travelling with a dog. Good welcoming for the dog too, with a small blanket, dog biscuits, and bowls for water and food. Had a great stay. Really good value for money.

One night stay - big family rooms

The hotel is not so far from the city center. Our room was very nice - spacious, clean and comfortable. Only the receptionist was very unfriendly and even rude, which really surprised us. The girl on the next day was much nicer.

Amazing staff, very comfy room with aircon (great as it was v hot when we visited). Decent breakfast. However, the location of this hotel really is a distance away from the places you’re likely to want to go as a tourist, especially the schloss and old town. I walked in in the first evening and it took me 25 mins (admittedly I have short legs and it was hot!). The amazing staff were great at providing us with bus times, but there were only 2 per hour and it took 20 mins as went round the outskirts of town to get in. We started using E-scooters, great for adults as the cycle lanes are excellent, but no good for our teen as you need to be 18. So, great hotel but think carefully about the location - if you want to pop back in the day, that’s not so easy.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit leichten Mängel. Heizungsrohre im Bad ohne Abdeckung an der Wand, TV locker in der TV-Halterung, kann nicht fixiert werden. Speisebereich hat zeitliche Spuren im Bodenbereich & Co. Hotelbar ohne Snackangebote. Man bietet Snack aus dem Automaten zum Selbstkauf an, welcher teilweise leer ist. Snackautomat ist innen verunreinigt = unappetitlich.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes und komfortables Zimmer. Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Schwerin. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegenen. Man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Alles vorhanden (Omelette, Pancakes, Kuchen, Müsli). Service am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer zur Straße etwas lauter, wenn man Fenster auf hat. Aber sonst alles da. Sogar eine Mikrowelle 😁
