The atmosphere in this hotel starts fascinating you when you enter the hotel with a wonderful scent in the air. The service is super unique and nice, specially one of the ladies, who works there at the amazing breakfast and dinner (Gül 🌸. The rooms, view, the chill out area, Yoga classes…everything is lovely! Der Empfang war sehr unhöflich und wir glaubten fast, trotz Buchung und vorab erfolgter Bezahlung kein Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Hotel ist als „hundefreundlich” deklariert, aber das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war nicht für Hunde vorgesehen. Wir hatten bei der Buchung angegeben, dass wir mit Hund reisen. Die Eigentümerin ließ uns dies auf sehr unhöfliche Art und Weise spüren. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer und netterweise ein „kostenloses Upgrade”, aber wenn dieses nicht zufällig frei geworden wäre, hätte unser Hund womöglich das ganze Wochenende im Auto bleiben müssen. Mit 25 € pro Nacht sind die Kosten für den Hund sehr hoch. Wir wissen, dass ein Hund etwas kostet, da wir selbst viel mit Hund reisen. Was uns aber ärgerte, waren die zusätzlichen Kosten für eine Endreinigung von 40 €!! Bitte beachten Sie dies bei der Buchung dieses Hotels und fragen Sie vorher nach, welche Zimmer für Hunde bereitstehen. Dies ist auf der Buchungsplattform leider nicht ersichtlich. Hier sollte meiner Meinung nach etwas geändert werden! Wenn die Option „Haustiere erlaubt” ausgewählt wird, sollten bei der Zimmerauswahl nur Zimmer angezeigt werden, in denen Haustiere erlaubt sind. Alternativ wäre eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung der Zimmer sinnvoll. Das Personal war jedoch äußerst bemüht und freundlich!

Hotellet ligger i første række til søen. Indretningen af værelserne er formidabel og gennemtænkt. Dejlig udsigt til søen, også fra restaurantens have. Området som sådan er en smule kedeligt, men det er værd at tage en tur med den lokale færge langs søbreden. Og det er dejligt at bade i søen, som dog er en anelse kølig

Das Hotel ist einfach klasse. Die Nähe zum Achensee ist klasse. Die Zimmer sind super schön und ein absolutes Highlight ist der spa Bereich im Dachgeschoss mit Blick auf den See. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Die Integration des Neubau auf bestehende Substanz ist sehr gelungen. Die Zimmer wurden sehr schön ausgestattet und mit viel lieben Details auch in der Materialwahl wurde darauf geachtet. Das selbe gilt auch für den Wellness und Spabereich. Auch der Sonnenliegesteg direkt am See ist einmalig. Durch die rund 30 Zimmer fühlt man sich da bereits schon familiär aufgehoben und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
