Die Renovierung der Badezimmer ist gut gelungen. Die Bedienung, die Freundlichkeit und die Küche ist echt gut. Der Skikeller ist eine Zumutung, da fehlt es an allem.Lüftung, Sitzbank Skihalter,Skischuhwärmer-Trockner usw.Die Pflege des Aussenbereich zB Parkplatz ist überarbeitungs würdig. Eine Skihalterung an der Skibushaltestelle am Hotel wäre angebracht einschließlich eines Abfallbehälter.

Soggiorno estivo montano 2019

La posizione dell'albergo è top, per tutte le esigenze. Ottima la colazione. La cena è da migliorare anche per il servizio che non sempre è all'altezza delle situazioni. Nel menù non sempre è riportata la giusta pietanza che poi viene servita ( es.: trancio di salmone che è stato servito al posto della rana pescatrice; spaghetti al merluzzo norvegese ed invece erano con polpo ). Le camere che ci sono state assegnate ( al terzo piano ) non adeguate al prezzo pagato e alla ns richiesta di cambiare, ce ne è stata cambiata una sola delle due che avevamo. Inoltre troppa presenza di cani anche di grossa taglia. Buona la SPA ma anche in questo caso mancanza di controllo da parte del personale di struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un fine settimana. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La cena è un primo, un secondo a scelta tra quelli proposti e un dolce. Nel complesso tutto buono. Nella tariffa non sono comprese le bevande. Come a colazione non sono compresi caffè espresso o cappuccino. Avevamo con noi anche il nostro cagnolino. Per questo motivo ci hanno fatto mangiare in sala a parte da soli. La tariffa giornaliera al giorno mi sembra un pò alta. Molto bella l'area SPA con accesso gratuito. La camera era un pò fredda e da rimodernare. Si trova vicinissimo a una stazione sciistica e a pochi km da Brunico.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr sauber und tip top. Die Dusche und WC Bereich im Zimmer ist neu renoviert. Die Zimmer selber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es sind zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden. Das kann daran liegen, dass genau an dem Wochenende ein Dorffest gegenüber stattgefunden hat.

Il personale è veramente incapace e non attento a gli ospiti, alla reception non trovi mai nessuno e documenti e chiavi delle camere sono lasciati sul bancone. Al ristornate parlano male italiano e quasi tutti non sanno fare il loro mestiere. Pasti sotto la media, camere e struttura vecchia ma la zona spa e i bagni sembrano ristrutturati da poco.
