Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, aber die Schutzmassnahmen zu Covid völlig ungenügend, keine Maskenpflicht im gesamten Hotel. Völlig inakzeptabel für uns und unsere Freunde. Schade dass dadurch der Rest geschmälert wurde.

Toller Service, tolles Personal, grandioses Essen. Der Wellness Bereich ist für die Anzahl der Zimmer bei Vollbelegung absolut unterdimensioniert. Außerdem wurde er auf die Rückseite des Hotels gebaut, statt Blick auf die Bergkulisse gibts im Winter Blick auf den Hang. Pool ist mind 5 grad zu kalt eingestellt. Schwimmen nach draußen fühlt sich an wie ein Eisbad

Tolle und entspannende Erfahrung

Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende im Das Kronthaler. Von der sehr netten Begrüßung, über tolles Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen, den zuvorkommenden Sevice, bis hin zur Verabschiedung mit kleinem Geschenk. Für uns hat hier alles gestimmt und es war den gehobenen Preis auch Wert!

Alpine Lifestyle ist sehr gefällig. Die Speißen der 5-Gänge-Degustation sind in puncto Kreativiät kaum zu übertreffen. Das Fleisch der Speißen war jedoch durchgängig zu weich in der Konsistenz. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich und fand stets den ausgewogenen Mittelweg von Lockerheit und Nobless. Das Freizeitangebot ist sehr umfangreich. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und angenehm temperiert. Obwohl das Hotel nahezu voll belegt war herrschte eine angenehme Ruhe in allen Bereichen.

Schönes Wellnesshotel direkt an der Piste

Sehr schönes Hotel, grosser und moderner Wellnessbereich, direkt an der Piste, sehr exquisites Essen. Leider war das abgebildete Zimmer bei ebookers nicht das Zimmer, welches wir bekommen haben, dies war sehr enttäuschend.

Sehr komfortables und luxuriöses Hotel!!

Wer Entspannung und Ruhe in luxuriöser Umgebung sucht, ist hier richtig! Tolles Personal, sehr leckere Gourmetküche - das Essen ist ein purer Genuss und ein totales Highlight! Sehr entspannende Saunalandschaft mit erste klasse Spa-Behandlungen. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des Ortes und bietet eine zauberhafte Panoramaaussicht. Total zu empfehlen!!!

Moderner Stiel im Alpenland mit Serviceproblemen

Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Einrichtung sind geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Warum jedoch ein Neubau mit arichitektonischen Fehlern gestaltet wurde, bleibt ein Geheimnis. Der vorgelagerte Südbau nimmt den Ost-Zimmern des Hauptbaues die Sonne und den Blick auf den See. Ebenso wurden Zwischengeschosse eingezogen, die sonst nur bei Hotels üblich sind, die über viele Jahrzehnte erweitert wurden. Das große Problem ist jedoch das Personal. Es gibt keine gewachsene Struktur. So kann es sein, dass eine Servicekraft meint, vorlautes Auftreten mit ausgewöhnlichen Service zu verwechseln. Die Leitung des Service bemüht sich redlich, wird aber von einem Teil des Teams nicht für ernst genommen. Auch gibt es einen handwerklichen Ausfall in der Küche, wenn der Chef nicht da ist. Es scheint sich dafür auch nicht zu interessieren, was in der Zeit seiner Abwesenheit passiert.

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir zum Skilaufen in Achenkirch. Das Hotel besticht durch seine tolle Architektur, Ausstattung und Komfort. Insbesondere die Küche ist hervorragend.

Abschalten - Auftanken - Lifestyle

ein absolut empfehlenswertes Lifestyle Hotel. Leider ohne eigene Kaffeemaschine auf den Zimmern. Vermutlich ist das Hotel in ausgebuchtem Zustand an seiner personellen Leistungsfähigkeit angekommen. Das merkt man - fällt aber nicht negativ auf. Sehr schöne gestylte Zimmer. Auch wenn die Sauberkeit noch zu verbessern wäre. herumfliegende Staubflusen und mit Haargel oder Handcreme verunreinigte Griffe zur Terrasse/Balkon in die man unbewusst greift, leere Papierrollen in der Toilette bei Anreise, ... und und und ... wie gesagt, alles Kleinigkeiten. Dennoch 4 Sterne Superior ist anders. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Auch wenn wir persönlich auch in der Zwischensaison nicht mehr am Wochenende kommen. Wir ziehen dann eine Auszeit unter der Woche vor.
