"Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!"

"Room was not ready on time due to large convention occuring at hotel the same day, so the reception offered to hold luggage and granted lounge access while we waited. However, no one was in the lounge (employee) when we arrived and there wasn't any direction on potential restroom available or other perks available in the lounge. While it was great that reception came up to lounge to hand out keycards once room was ready (only about 30 min wait) it was slightly disheartening to find out that...

"The shuttle only runs early morning and late afternoon and evening. No information for users who arrive outside those hours. We paid 40 euros for a taxi to the hotel...should have info for users accessing the hotel outside shuttle hours."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Habitué de cette hôtel, la nuit a été catastrophique ! Impossible de dormir ! Un vacarme infernale , à l'étage , au dessus et en dessous ! L'hôtel est devenu le repère de tout les fêtards de Bruxelles ! Plusieurs appels à la réception non servi à rien ! A fuir si vous voulez du repos !"

"Personeel was echt onvriendelijk en spraken geen engels. Enkel de balie was ‘vriendelijk’. De kamers waren oud en gedateerd. Hygiene was matig. Bed lag wel lekker en de omgeving is mooi. "

"just in front of Gare du MIDI station. the room is big and comfortable."

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"The place is quite expensive consider its conditions and amenities but the fact that is only 200m away from the station is super convenient for people who plan to take a train back to the airport. "
