"We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. We were very disappointed to learn the hotbtub was not functional upon our arrival. There was also blue painters tape holding together a piece of the balcony. The air conditioning in the room, although it worked great, was incredibly loud. The side of the hotel overlooking "landmarks" was very noisy with many trucks traveling on W Bay Street. The use of the room key to operate the elevator was a bit of an annoyance as well. The little interaction we had with staff was great and over all the room was clean aside from the complementary bobby pin left in the shower."

"Breakfast must have had somethiing bad because I got violently ill with the runs immediately after eating it. Also the room had spider webs on the ceiling and I got bitten all over my body from the bed. Bed bugs ?? One week ater I am still itching with large welts all over my body !!"

"When we turned on the tub a big hair clog came out of the drain. When we arrived there were 2 dirty hand towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We asked the front desk for housekeeping, they did not come. We asked for towels and were told to pick them up ourselves. Location was great but that was the only positive thing. I will not be staying here again. Better off w a courtyard marriot or aloft. Do not stay here. "
