Back to the future - 1980's

Hotel is part of a golf resort, probably built during the bubble era of Japanese economy, badly needs an upgrade. For some reason the night we were planning to stay at Kagoshima had an occupancy rate of 97 percent, this was the only reasonably priced alternative. You need a car to get here. And driving at night could be unnerving. Nice breakfast, but check out time is 10, I guess most people stay a couple of nights to golf. Wifi sucks but the staff is very accommodating, we ran into car problem and they stayed up to 12 midnight to check us in. The bath is pretty nice, again, could use some upgrade, all amenities are made using horse oil, which is a specialty of the island, if you are a big animal lover, maybe bring your own supply.

温泉はとても良かったです！周りにお店がないため車がないと移動ができません。夕食は食べてからホテルに帰るなりしないと食べるものがありません。レストランがあるからと思っていましたが、前日までに予約をしないといけないことをチェックイン時に知り…。 朝食は頼んでいたので良かったです！

宴会が多いのでレストランは予約なしでは食事が出来ない事が多い。4回泊ったが毎回近隣の食事処探しで結果コンビニ利用になる 朝食バイキングは美味し！

ゴルフ場に隣接するホテルなので回りは緑が綺麗でとても静かで良かったです。大浴場の温泉もなかなかでした。タオルやお水が用意されていて気配りを感じました。部屋の冷蔵庫に地元のミネラルウオータが入ってましたがサービスなのかお金が入るのかわからずフロントで聞こうと思ったのですが忘れてそのままでした。出来ればメモなり金額なりわかるようにしてあればもっと良かったですね。
