Hijyen geliştirilirse çok güzel olacak.

Ses izolasyonu kötü ama bence en büyük sorun hijyendi. Temizlik vasat, tuvalet kokuyordu ve renklenmişti. Özellikle banyo tuvalet temizliği zayıf. Konaklama arasında temizlik istediğimizde asla çarşaflar yenilenmedi. Açık büfedeki görevliler eldivenleriyle maskelerine dokunuyordu, o elleri yemeklere de değiyordu. Ana Yemekler güzel ancak zeytinyağlılar-mezeler sorunluydıu. Özellikle de yoğurtlu olanlar, yoğurt sorunluydu. Personel çok çok iyiydi, çok sıcaktı. Çay kahve su sınırsız, bu da harikaydı. 5 çayında böreğe denk gelirseniz mutlaka yiyin.

Çok bakımlı ve temiz bir otel, Girişte Resepsiyon çalışanlarının her biri görevlerinin ötesinde yardımcı olan bir mentalite ve çalışma sorumluluğu ile çalışıyor. Otel en iyi düzeyde hizmet vermekle kalmıyor, müşteri memnuniyetine öncelik veriyor. Tekrardan, bu otele gelmek için( gelecek kayak sezonunu iple çekeceğim.

Küçuk ve tatli bir otel. Konumu en alttaki piste cok yakin bir ust telesiyeje cikmak icin kisa bir telesiyes cikisi var. Duzeni oturmus hizmet normal akista iyi fakat kalabaliklastiginda ya da ek hizmet icin yetersiz. Yemekler kalabaliklastiginda su pecete catal kasik serviis gecikebiliyor ama kotu degil. Pandemi nedeni ile yemek servisiini gorevliler yapiyor. Biraz daha fazla yemek servis gorevlisi calisa iyi olur. Turk kahvesi 3. Soylememde getirdi. Odada dolap calismiyordu hemen degistirdiler. Havuzu temiz, masaj yapan gorevliler cok iyi. Yemekleri lezzetli. Genel olaral memnun kaldik.

Hiç Beğenmedim!

Otele ilk adım attığımda resepsiyonda işlem yapıldı ve çanta elimde kaldım sadece asansörle de çıkabilirsiniz dendi ama nerde olduğu hakkında pek fikrim yoktu. Bir görevlinin eşlik etmesi gerekirdi normal şartlarda ben kendi işimi görmeye çalıştım. Bazı çalışanlarda belirgin kıyafet olmadığı için hiç beklemediğiniz biri sağdan soldan cevap verebiliyor otel görevlisi mi sahibi mi ortağı mı bilemiyorsunuz… Odaya çıktığımda hangi otelde olursam devamlı kontrol ederim. Banyoda Boş şampuan ve duş jeli kutusu vardı. Ayrıca havlular temiz görünmesine rağmen bence kokusu kötüydü, tuvalette musluğu açıp kapatmak için ciddi yardım gerekiyor aşırı sert Duş bölümü yarım camekân şeklinde yapılmış duş aldığınızda dışarı su içinde kalıyor kuru bir ortam bulamıyorsunuz maalesef Yatak üstündeki kahverengi kılıflar örtüler inanılmaz kir topluyor ve kirliydi… Spa otelde ayrı bir işletmeye ait, aşağı katta indiğimde iki kişi vardı yabancı uyruklu Türkçe neredeyse hiç bilmiyorlar, kötü bir hizmet İngilizcem olmasa anlaşamazdık basit bir not defterine saat ve oda numaramı yazdım. Hizmet sonrası duş alınacak yer var ama bununla ilgili havlu terlik vs. yok ortada kalıyorsunuz. Havuz hamam duş arası havlu terlik veya yardım edecek birini aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz! Yemek bölümündeyse maalesef açık büfe yanında su şişelerini kendiniz alıyorsunuz, çöp kutuları da hemen kenarda ve ekmek kızartma makinesi yağ içinde kirli Garsonların bazı müşterilere özel davranması ve beni görmezden gelmesi çok ayıp!

Genel olarak keyifli bir otel. Eleman sayısı zaman zaman hizmet kalitesini etkiliyor. Bizim odada maalesef tuvalette bir koku vardı ve çözülemedi. Diğer arkadaşlarımızın odasında böyle bir durum olmadı. Havanın kötü olup kayağa gidilemeyen durumlar için sosyal aktivite sayısı artırılabilir, bilardo masası, pinpon gibi. Langırt vardı ancak bozuktu. Ancak tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel, genel olarak güzeldi.

Habitat Otel ve Habitat Otel Spa Rezaleti

Pek çok otelde konakladım ama bu paraları verip kaldığım en kötü oteldi diyebilirim. Sıcak suyu ayarlamak oldukça can sıkıcı, çünkü su bir azalıyor bir artıyor. Pisuvar çeşmesini açmak için ise 2 elle desteklemek gerekli. Yataklarda ki renkli yastıklar pislik yuvası üstünden her yere parçalar halinde toz dökülüyordu. Neyseki tatlılar hariç genel olarak yemekler güzeldi. SPA ise içler acısıydı. Saat 6'da ki rezervasyonum 20 dakika geç başladı, 10 dakika erken bitti. SPA'dan sonra duş alayım dedim fıskiye benim dışımda her yeri yıkadı. Islanmış kıyafetlerimi giyerek odama çıktım. Ayrıca Hotels.com üzerinden ödeme yapıp rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen, tekrardan ödeme istediler. Ödeme yaptığımı ispatlasamda ikna olmaları yarım saatimizi aldı. Tam bir rezaletti. Otele giriş yaparkende resepsiyonda başka müşteriyle tartışıyorlardı. Onları şimdi daha iyi anlıyorum.

otel butik bir otel personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever her sorununuza anında çözüm üretiyorlar.. otelin konumu iyi. genelde grup gelenlerin tercih ettikleri bir otel sarıkamış'a bir daha gidersem tercih edeceğim bir yer memnun kaldım.. ufa tefek hatalar var ama hangi yerde yok ki.. yemekler enfesti
