"Front desk staff could have been more gracious. I forgot to mention my Hilton Membership on the reservation as I booked through Hotels.com (don’t use Hilton that often). When I asked if I could get two bottles of water for our room when we got in late.. they replied “they’re only complimentary if you’re a member.” Which is ridiculous to begin with. Just find it odd a “higher end” hotel doesn’t include at least 2 bottles in every room to begin with. Needless to say, apparently my expression “allowed” me to be handed two bottles of water as a “courtesy”. … even though they give you a wonderful sit down breakfast. Just find that odd. Otherwise hotel, breakfast and location was great."
