"Dejligt hotel og fortræffelig service. Personalet er meget service orienteret. Til morgenmaden var der et godt udvalg af forskellige madvarer. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og den gamle bydel er i gåafstand. Der er parkeringskælder, så det er nemt at parkere bilen. Værelset og badeværelse er i en god ståelse. Der er køleskab og strygejern på værelset."

"Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and...

"This hotel is a luxury hotel with a wonderful spa. The room was huge and I loved the large bay window where I could sit and look at the life below. The AC buttons were lit in a blue light all night without ability to turn off. You could hear the rain coming down in the room and that was nice to fall asleep to, when we found it was not leak! We did not try the restaurant except for breakfast, which was great. We should have known that there was no alcohol available, because of their culture,...

"Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Je kan dag en nacht je vragen stellen. Ruime en grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden wel een auto gehuurd. Parkeren in het hotel was makkelijk. Dus ik weet niet echt hoe het is als men openbare vervoer gebruikt naar het centrum van stad. Ik vernam dat taxi's daar goedkoop is. Ligt in loopafstand een grote supermarkt. In ieder geval een aanrader. "
