Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
There was a smell in the room, which is coming from toilet was the worst smell of the world. I just went to room to sleep, 1st night smell didn’t bother that much but second night, when I came very late couldn’t resist. Even I paid for three night, second night I left the apartment and stayed in a different smell-free hotel.

Förbättringar behövs!

Det som skulle få mig att boka om denna boende är placering, för man bor mitt i stan, bokstavligen några meter från gågatan. Det är också ränt i lägenheten och man ser att städpersonalen verkligen anstränger sig men då har man nämnt alt som är positivt. Negativt är att man dessa lägenheter har ingen reception och man få all information via mail och bara samma eller dagen innan ankomst. Om man är på resa och kommer fram utan lokal telefon nr eller åtkomst till internet då ska man först hoppas på att man kan ”låna” wifi i närheten och när detta var klarat då har man en mail som kräver färdigheter för ”escape rooms” .Man få hitta boxen med koden som innehåller nyckel till lägenheten men man få lätta i fel box….osv. När man till slut tröttnar och ringer nummer man har fått i mailet då är det ingen som svarar. (Detta också kostar mycket om man ringer från utländska nummer) Att alt ska inte sluta så ”enkelt”då ska man flytta till en annan lägenhet för man ”har fått fel nyckel med fel färg”. Om du ska övernatta ett par nätter och vågar testa dig fram då skall du inte undvika att boka övernattning här men bli förbered på alt som kan gå åt fel håll. Man ska heller inte glömma att det är helt ok pris i förhållande till läget.
