"I grew up in this city. The area around the hotel is dirty. The whole city is dirty. It is Brazil but the property is well kept and the staff is great. The whole State of Rio de Janeiro is almost bankrupted due to corrupted politicians but if you have to go to Volta Redonda, I recommend this hotel. ..."
