The hotel is great! The room is very nice and well maintained, with a balcony and AC. The area around it is upscale, and incredibly safe. You can definitely walk around at night alone without a worry.

Fine, but construction noise from the hotel most of the day, also by the pool. Room was fine, but door to bathroom had a hard time closing. Also not free Wi-Fi, which I would expect from a place like this. Breakfast and gym was good.

Very well located but the ar conditioner in the room was too loud. The maintenance guy came to see and said it was normal. Also, blackout curtains didn’t cover the entire window. The room was super bright .

Quarto impecável. O sistema pra ligar a TV é muito trabalhoso, vc tem que colocar seu perfil em tudo e depois, antes de sair, tirar de tudo. A maquina de café espresso na recepção so funciona em alguns horários e vive com placa de manutenção. Acho uma economia muito boba. A ducha higiênica estava com problema e resolveram em 2 minutos

Péssimo experiência

Ficamos no quarto 1010 , chuveiro com vazão como se fosse sair direta do cano , colchão que juntava o casal no meio de tão mole , cortinas com frestas enormes , a partir das 5:30 Hs a claridade entrou. Café da manhã fraco , talheres que não cortava as frutas pior que R$ 1,99 . Na recepção falaram que tem quartos reformados, mas hospedam nos velhos , falta de consideração. Jamais voltaremos .

Café da manhã podia ser um pouco mais completo de frutas e o omelete acabava ficando mais seco, e ao invés de salsichas e calabresa poderia ser bacon, mas é uma questão de gosto. O café era muito forte e tinha gosto de café queimado. Os atendentes eram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Hotel lindo e muito bem cuidado, flores lindíssimas, academia maravilhosa. Somente o café que não atendeu ao padrão de todo o resto. Café nota 7,5 e hotel nota 10!
