Good location near a train station. Bars around can be quite noisy until mid night, so keep that in mind. The room itself. For the price I've seen a lot better, no Aircon, just a noisy fan, dubious electrical connections, small bathroom. Breakfast lacks a bit of variety, eggs are given for an additional price. All in all it served it's purpose, but for the price there are better options around

Check in rápido e ótimo atendimento em todos os dias que fiquei hospedada. Todos os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Café da manhã simples, mas com opções suficientes. O hotel é excelente em localização, tem tudo próximo: restaurante, cafés, supermercado, há 5 minutos do shopping Pátio Paulista e da Avenida Paulista. Minha única questão é em relação ao prédio que é bem antigo, então o quarto é bem pequeno, com uma pia no meio do quarto, e não no banheiro, que fazia barulhos do encanamento diversas vezes durante a noite. Também não tinha uma mesa e nem cadeira no quarto. A cama também não estava muito confortável. Fora isso, recomendo a estadia.

O Hotel é uma graça, muito bonitinho, o atendimento é excelente, localização muito boa mesmo, café sa manhã razoável, alguns itens básicos de café da manhã precisam ser pagos por fora para consumo. O quarto é confortável, no entanto o espelho poderia estar melhor localizado e não abaixo da TV, o que atrapalhou bastante o uso. O banheiro alagava toda vez que era usado o box. ajustando esses detalhes o hotel será 100 % certamente voltaria a me hospedar nele.

O local do hotel atendia a minha necessidade. Entretanto, o preço é absurdo pelo conforto oferecido. Toalhas de banho belgas, manchada e até rasgadas. Uma barulheira das arrumadeiras na porta do quarto.

Excelente hotel

Gostei muito de estar hospedado no Residenza. O trabalho na limpeza e organização do hotel é muito bem feito, a rua e o quarteirão em que estão são tranquilos e ao mesmo tempo oferecem muito lazer, comércio e serviços variados, e tudo perto do metrô e da Av. Paulista.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício

Adorei ter passado cinco dias no Hotel Residenza, o quarto tinha um ótimo tamanho, os colchões das camas eram novos e confortáveis, nossas toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias, arrumação do quarto sempre excelente. O café da manha é incluso na diária e vale super a pena para os padrões de hospedagem em São Paulo, café simples, porém tinha o básico: pães, frios, cereais, iogurtes, café, leite, chá e frutas e era sempre reposto. O ambiente geral do Hotel é simples, e sem frescura. A maior comodidade de todas era que o Hotel ficava muito proxima à estação de metrô e também próximo de padarias, bares e restaurantes. Não poderia deixar de elogiar a equipe do hotel, todos extremamente prestativos e educados, gostei muito! De modo geral é um hotel/pousada com ótimo custo.

Local simples, mas com excelência na simpatia dos atendentes e funcionários. Ótima localização, perto do metrô, da Av. Paulista, de shopping, de opções para comer. Café da manhã simples, mas com o necessário e tudo muito bem feito. Higienização diária dos quartos e trocas de toalhas. Cabe uma reforma, troca de colchões e lençóis etc, mas nada disso desabonou a experiência. Nota 10!

Hotel bem localizado, perto do Shopping Paulista , do HCor e da Av Paulista. Funcionários receptivos . Acomodação simples com bastante higiene.Café da manhã simples com opções saborosas. Só um detalhe: ao lado do hotel tinha uma construção de um prédio em andamento que causava barulho durante o dia.
