os pães do jantar cortesia estavam lotados de formigas! O colchão da cama está mto velho ou usado, ficamos com dores nas costas e não conseguimos dormir bem! O café da manhã nos impressionou e salvou a hospedagem!

Place is centrally located to nightlife. Wish it could be more clean and more features. But you get what you pay for. I was also charged 15 real for the "complementary" water. Ehh not breaking the bank just annoying.

Bra hotell och utmärkt läge i staden. Frukostbuffén den bästa hittills för mig i Brasilien. Rummet helt ok, rent och fräscht om än lite slitet. Badrummet likaså - där var duschen det bästa. Fin utsikt mot liten park, men lite väl smutsiga fönster dock. Sammantaget ett bra hotellalternativ.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Localização do Hotel para o que eu queria fazer foi boa. O quarto era bom, a cama e os travesseiros ruim. O cafe da manha e bom.Infelizmente os hospedes que estavam no mesmo andar que o meu eram sem noção, falando alto tarde da noite e pela manha cedo. O Atendimento foi bom, me permitiram fazer o Checkin 1 hora antes.

Great Place

No complaints. Really liked the place. The room was cleaned very well every morning and the housecleaner was very nice. The front desk people were very nice as well and different ones went out of their way to Google places for me for directions at different times. Free hot breakfast buffet (not the most delicious but it’s free) and I think free dinner too. Lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby. The reviews online and the locals said it’s a dangerous area and though they know best, I never had a problem, but to be safe I Ubered everywhere and didn’t walk alone at night.

Ótima opção no centro de SP

Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã ótimo, bem variado. Também tem a cortesia de pequeno jantar com sopa, massa e salada das 18:00 às 20:00hs. Tv a cabo com quantidade razoável de canais e no banheiro agora tem secador de cabelo. Bem localizado, mas carece cuidado à noite.

my thoughts...

here are some points: the cafe for breakfast is very nice and a beautiful space, too. the front desk people and the cleaning crew for the rooms are very nice and accommodating. they do not have a wake-up call service but that is minor. the hotel is a good value for the money; not luxurious, but simple, clean, and adequate completely.

Mixed Feelings

The staff were very helpful but unfortunately there was no soundproofing in the hotel so it was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from neighbours (we could even hear the tv all night), pipes and outdoor live music etc. There was also someone in one of the hotel rooms that smoked at night and the smell came into the room. After two nights the staff offered to move us to another room which we accepted; this was much quieter and ear plugs were able to block off any excess noise. My only other observation was that the water in sealed cups in both fridges were not priced and we wrongfully thought that these were complimentary but found out during check-out that we had a bill to pay. There was also a charge for printing bus tickets which I have not come across at any other hotel before. All in all, it was an okay stay.
