Médio, possivelmente pode ser muito bom.

A localização era boa e o espaço também. Houve um problema com o quarto e fui deslocado para o 605. A comunicação foi um pouco falha, mas a boa vontade de todos a locação foi solucionada. Infelizmente não havia sabonete no quarto e o coberto era muito pequeno ( SP estava frio). O time da recepção fui muito educado e a cama era boa. Acho que se tudo estivesse certinho, teria merecido um ótimo.

Falta de organização e higiene no check-in

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O check-in estava liberado a partir das 14h, mas chegamos por volta das 16h e, para nossa surpresa, havia gente no quarto que deveria estar reservado para nós. Além disso, o atendente não encontrava nossa reserva de jeito nenhum, gerando ainda mais transtorno. Quando finalmente localizou, informou que o quarto ainda estava ocupado, mas que em 10 minutos estaria liberado. Isso significa que, em menos de 10 minutos, a pessoa saiu e a limpeza foi feita? Totalmente inaceitável! Nunca passei por algo assim e me senti extremamente desconfortável. Por esse motivo, minha avaliação é negativa. Uma situação dessas não deveria acontecer em um hotel que preza pelo mínimo de organização e higiene.

Muito bom!

Muito bom, localização ótima com muitos restaurantes, padarias perto da Lorena e Oscar Freire, fica em um hotel podendo tomar café pagando a parte, para ser excelente está faltando um pouco de cuidado com a limpeza e os travesseiros. Mas é uma ótima estadia
