Great stay, clean and neat Ave Paulista. Everything you need is nearby. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good if you don’t feel like going anywhere. I wish staff spoke a bit of Spanish or English however they did everything they could to serve us.

Stayed twice during a one week trip to Brazil. Before going to Rio de Janeiro and after. We’re very excited to come back. Clean large comfortable modern rooms, friendliest front desk staff, beautiful lobby, central location, walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining, close to bars with live music. Best hotel breakfast we experienced so far with authentic Lebanese restaurant inside.

All the staff members were very helpful and great! Many of them spoke English and those that didn’t were very patient with us when we were translating/communicating. We stayed there twice and each time was a great experience.

Reservei um quarto triplo e tentaram me induzir a pegar um “upgrade” de quarto maior porém com cheiro de tinta fresca e todas as janelas com trancas quebradas e sem tela de proteção. Isso que tenho uma criança de 6 anos viajando comigo. O parapeito da sacada e janelas extremamente baixo. Sem segurança alguma. O hotel está ficando velho e não estão fazendo a manutenção adequada. Café da manhã servido em um restaurante ao lado do hotel com ambiente escuro e desagradável. Alem disso atrasaram para inovar o serviço de café da manhã no único dia que precisei tomar café cedo.
