This apartment has basically everything for a perfect stay for some days in São Paulo, good layout and a surprisingly spacious balcony with a stunning view from 15th floor. BUT: lack of maintenance and poor cleaning let the apartment appear partly worn out, even though this building is almost completely new. But here comes the worst part: Really disgusting smell of grey water/strong drain odor under the kitchen sink spreading in the whole apartment. I announced this to the apartment’s customer service same evening on arrival, as well as the toilet shower leaking. Also the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. I was promised a technician would have a look at this on the day after arrival, but nothing happened and no one showed up. On the fourth day of my stay, after another contact with 360 Suítes customer service and three contacts with Hotels.com customer service, a technician showed up, solved the toilet shower and disappeared without even having a look at the kitchen sink. So I had to stay in this disgusting smell for six nights. Unacceptable, serious hygiene issue in a kitchen where the guests prepare food. Apart from mold, drainage smell and broken toilet shower I faced: - Broken towel holder in the bathroom - Remote control for ac malfunctional - Blotchy, outworn towels - Heavily soiled pans and cookware Clothes that I had stored on hangers inside the apartment still carried the smell of drainage even after I arrived back home. 350 Suítes denied any compensation.

O studio exalava cheiro de esgoto. Deve ter problema no ralo da pia ou do banheiro. Atendimento da H360 , a administradora foi ruim, atendimento por robot. No check in nao recebi email com a senha, precisei procurar nas msgs do Hotel.com. O prato de louça nao cabe no microondas. O chuveiro fica pingando depois de bem fechado. O predio é novo, mas o cheiro ruim foi constantee forte, inadmissivel ! Studio bem compacto, cerca de 20 m . Mesmo vom a varanda aberta não parava de feder.

地下鉄駅にも程近く、サンパウロを拠点として活動するには最適な立地と思う。 建物への入館は宿泊前日までにWeb登録した顔認証システムで行う。登録はエクスペディアのメッセージボックスに案内が来る。日本からの長時間フライトで来る場合は乗り継ぎ空港内で対応することになると思う。 隣にスーパーもあるため、日中は人通りも多く治安の面で特に問題を感じなかった。 また、利用していないが施設内に無人販売スペースもあり、深夜に小腹が空いた時などの買い物も可能で良いと思った。 客室内は清掃が行き届いており、快適に滞在することができた。 以下、補足情報。 アメニティはシャンプー・石鹸の準備はあったが、歯ブラシは無し。 コンセントはユニバーサルコンセントではないため、Cタイプに対応した変換プラグは必須。（USBの口もない）

Cuidado com o horário!!! Cheguei ora pegar minhas malas 11:04 e já estava bloqueado. Tive que mandar mensagem no atendimento do whatsapp, e esperar um bom tempo até ser atendido. Liberaram uns 5 min a mais, só pra eu buscar minhas coisas. É o mal de ficar em hospedagem de empresas. Melhor mesmo é alugar imóvel de pessoa física

Para entrar no prédio, precisa fazer um cadastro facial, o que foi feito antes de viajar. Porém, ao tentar entrar a facial não funcionou e só entrei porque tinha morador entrando. Mas nas outras tentativas a facial funcionou perfeitamente. O prédio é muito bonito, o apartamento é bonito. Porém, ao entrar, senti um cheiro forte que parecia mofo. No teto do banheiro tinha uma mancha de infiltração, não sei dizer se o cheiro vinha de lá. O ar condicionado estava com o controle quase sem pilha, o que dificultava ligar e desligar. A vista é bonita, apesar de ser só prédios. A localização é muito boa. Tem um mini supermercado Pão de Acúcar no térreo e bares/restaurantes que servem café da manhã nas duas esquinas. Um pouco mais adiante tem a Starbucks. A piscina no terraço, apesar de não ter usado, parece boa. A academia tem poucos aparelhos. A cama é confortável. Tirando o mal cheiro que senti ao entrar no apto, a estadia foi muito boa.

360Suites Paraíso

Apesar de o prédio ser novo, ao entrar no apartamento é perceptível um odor desagradável, semelhante a cheiro de obra ou mofo. A ausência da função quente no ar-condicionado foi um incômodo, especialmente em dias mais frios. A cama é confortável, porém não havia manta elétrica disponível para aquecimento. Embora isso não seja um problema no verão, seria interessante que o administrador considerasse essa melhoria. O contato com a administração, feito via WhatsApp, é relativamente fácil, mas a resposta costuma ser lenta e pouco eficaz. Solicitei a substituição do assento do vaso sanitário, que estava quebrado, e não houve qualquer atenção ao pedido. O apartamento conta com uma cozinha bem equipada, mas falta uma mesa pequena para refeições, o que limita o conforto no dia a dia. Além disso, para estadias mais longas, não há serviço de limpeza nem troca de toalhas. Precisei gratificar a zeladora que cuida do corredor para que ela retirasse a poeira do apartamento e lavasse as toalhas na lavanderia do prédio.
