"Overall the property was well managed, clean, with some dust and dirt on carpet. The cleaner forgot to take the bathroom garbage out before us. Manager was very helpful checking us in. We had to wait a bit at the door, but we forgot to inform him 24 hrs before per check in instructions. Location is good. Very close to the old town, easy walk to the restaurants. We would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is massive - surprised to find something of this size in a town like Tomar. Very good location - at the end of the river path in the lower town - that is close to many restaurants. Our room was very spacious, with a large bathroom (shower + bath) and a nice sized terrace. I want to call out that the hotel boasts both an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was under renovation during our stay (which is just as well since the weather in early May isn’t...

"It is a nice, recently remodeled hotel. A little hard to find and unload on the narrow street, but ok. But, Checkin took more than a half hour. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The shower is mounted at two meters, and the shower stall only has a half door, so unless you are tall enough to change the angle, you have a very were bathroom. Parking is on the parallel (main) street. Ok, but not good in the rain. What takes this from a 4 to a 1 is the barking...

"A lovely and tranquil property. It is located in a park, surrounded by a river. The staff is very nice, as are the rooms. They have an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna. The breakfast is excellent in a nice atmosphere. There are about 16 or so parking spots next to the hotel, but a parking lot just over a walking bridge which is close by. "
