We had a lovely stay at the Arches Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a later check in and replied within minutes if we ever messaged. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Oia. Easy access to the busses and very easy for a shuttle or taxi to pick up and drop off.

Owner and staff were very nice and kind. I arrived a few hours earier than check in time but they kindly let me check in. The owner gave me information I needed and also tried to help me about booking ferry. Response was very quick and it was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We had an awesome stay. Kosta was a super host who made sure we were well taken care of from check in to check out. The room was nice and clean. It was in the heart of things and everything was accessible. The only downside was that there was not a smart tv in the room. But all in all we would stay there again and recommend to other guests. 10/10
