The room is very clean and spacious with the river pool with fantastic views of the Caldera and a golden sunset. Location is also very good, and main street, cable car station, markets and food joints are easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and also delivered to the room, which is fantastic. Panos, who is the in-charge, provided a great overview of things that can be done in Santorini and was also humble and supportive. Overall, the stay is fantastic and 5 stars to the Nefeles team.

The location is amazing, best sunsets of the whole island! Definition of romance! The staff were very friendly and our stay was lovely. Only 1 night we were locked out the room as the key card didn't work and the receptionist had to come in the middle of the night to let us in, as they don't have 24h reception and it took a while.

Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating. The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you.

I loved that it was clean and had beautiful views. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel room was very nice. I did not like so much that right outside of the hotel there was an area for trash and it was all over the place.

My wife and I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites during our stay in Fria, Santorini during the end of April 2025. From the very moment of our arrival, the staff did an amazing job. We were greeted by Anthony and Siperio and they welcomed us with open arms. Taking time to share with us some of the local culture, things to see and do, places to eat etc. Our room was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, spacious and the most amazing view of the caldera. The staff served an amazing Greek breakfast to our room each morning. We are very thankful to Anthony and his team for making our first Greek experience in Santorini so amazing and comfortable. Highly recommend you consider this gem of a property and experience firsthand the wonderful staff and accommodations.
