Great property very nice size room very clean. and outstanding service. I fell at the shower and hurt my back, the hotel manager provided me with a hotel transportation and a personal security/ translator to take me to the hospital, stayed with me the all 5 hours then went and got me my medical, and was checking on me all rest of the day. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic but they don’t explain what’s included or no and then give you extra charges that was the only thing I didn’t like other than that the hotel service and cleanliness was amazing

This hotel offers an excellent level of service and it has been refurbished in every respect since my last visit. The new look and improved services reflect its reputation and tradition of high quality. Amenities are exceptional (gym, spa, pool) and the location near Mirador Park and shopping is the best in the city. Highly recommended.
