Bueno, bonito y si está en oferta, conveniente.

En general, bien, pero no les recomiendo la habitación 61, en la cual me hospedé, ya que no tiene frigobar (como indicaron) y funciona 1 enchufe de los 4 que posee. Me parece poco prolija la revisión que se hace a la habitación antes de entregar y prometer servicios que realmente no tiene.

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Muy amateurs, todo improvisado, pésima gestión, se complican y hacer que el pasajero resuelva los problemas. No tienen estacionamiento para los pasajeros y los que tienen indican que es para la Dueña .... Impresentable la atención

Cama con muicho desajuste, habitacion asignada ultimo piso sin ascensor, sin toallero la habitacion, la reservacion incluia bañera con hidromasajes, al llegar fue asignada una habitacion sin dicho equipamiento, bebdia al llegar no hubo al reclamar se nos asignaron 2 refrescos

Muito bom esse hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Transfer para o aeroporto disponível, mediante pagamento (20.000 pesos) com um motorista muito educado. Restaurante muito aconchegante e ótima comida.

Worst hotel experience in Santiago

I payed full price online and then rudely was asked to pay more for the room since apparently the price advertised on Expedia wasn’t enough and didn’t include taxes. The manager threaten calling the police and not allowed me leaving the hotel until paying the made up charge. Then when I agreed to pay, they also charged me a made up tax on top of the already taxed amount agreed upon. They made me so late that I lost my flight, having to pay extra to catch the next available flight, and losing my connection in Panama making me spent an extra night there. Terrible experience, evil vile people.

Partió mal con la necesidad de pagar el impuesto, ya que no aparece tan explícito al hacer la reserva, espacios pequeños de desplazamiento al interior del hotel, habían lavado la alfombra de las escala y se colocó sabanas que podrían haber provocado un accidente

O apartamento é pequeno, porém bem confortável. Na descrição do hotel não localizei nenhuma informação sobre ter ou não elevador, em caso de ir com idosos e/ou crianças, não aconselho. Café da manhã bem simples, mas satisfatório. Um detalhe, mesmo estando frio, solicitei gelo e em nenhum dos dois dias, o hotel disponibilizou.

Outstanding Staff and pretty good hotel

I'm still amaze by the incredible staff they have, the two receptionists a colombian and an haitian were so extremely nice, also a venezuelan girl, i stayed at the hotel with my 1 year old son and they where all eager to help, i will definitely staying there again when i go back to santiago, one of the big pluses is the ballet parking system they have and the breakfast is simple but really good

Hotel con cucarachas

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había habitación en el hotel y nos derivaron a un apart hotel de la misma cadena. Cuando llegamos, todas las cocheras estaban ocupadas y tuvimos que llevar el auto nuevamente al hotel. cuando nos mostraron la habitación, habían cucarachas, no andaba el wi fi y nos prepararon el desayuno para dos y nosotros eramos tres personas.No lo recomiendo.

O hotel tem uma boa aparência, mas a localização não é muito boa, fica há +/- dois quilômetros e meio de distancia de restaurantes e pontos interessantes , o café da manhã é ruim (a ponto de um dia não ter quase nada para comer), o suco é de pacote (pozinho artificial), os atendentes descomprometidos e muito pouco solícitos , não tem elevador e é você quem tem que carregar suas malas, o wi-fi não pega nos quartos mais altos.
