"The bed was comfortable. We were able to control the room temperature well. It was quiet place to relax. Breakfast was consistent. Close to underground so quick to get where we wanted to go. Tried the roof top restaurant but service was very slow and the appetizer we did get were cold. Sent back the main courses because it took way too long to get the order."

"A clean generous sized room. A nice bathroom. Close to Santiago Airport with a free shuttle. Note that we had to wait 45 minutes for our airport pickup because it only runs on a set schedule."

"The location was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. They even tried to help us with our problem of delayed baggage at the airport. They didn’t have to. The room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good. It was useful having the bar open when you got back to the hotel late in the evening. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Santiago."

"Very convenient if you have to stay near the Santiago Airport. Everything is of a high standard as you would expect for the price.very comfortable rooms, coffees maker, iron etc, There is a small supermarket just across the road in the domestic terminal if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. I especially like the pool and and the sauna though the opening times are absurdly restricted. There are some nice outdoor areas to sit in by the pol and by the restaurant."
