Nice staff, room was clean but showing its age. Vinyl flooring has been installed but they did a terrible job and degraded the room. Bathtub was a plus for this weary traveler.

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

Room, particularly bathroom, smelled like a sewer but it was rated high. There was no coat hangers. Small refrigerator wasn't working. Then they moved me to another room next day and it was tad better. Certainly not a 3 star hotel as rated.

The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly.

El hotel es un hotel viejo, de hecho todo el hotel huele a viejo, las habitaciones están descuidadas aunque limpias. Pedimos el box lunch para llevar a nuestro tour y nos dieron todas las manzanas literal podridas. En general no lo recomiendo para nada.

El hotel muy bueno La piscina siempre está llena funciona 13h a 21h Es temperada no funciona el sauna Recepcionista una chica brasileña es muy amable se nota que le gusta su trabajo Por otro lado el chico que se llama Cristian o cristifer muy mala onda se nota que es xenofonuco no le gusta su trabajo solo decía cosas despectivas para no atenderme y al final lme Entendí mejor con la chica brasileña la verfs el chico evitar atenderse con él o mejor pañal lo coloquen en un lugar donde no attimeda público porque es demasiado despota y ayer sentir mal al huésped

It is very conveniently located. Noise in general was way too much. AC unit and street noise. People are friendly. Would recommend for people with families. Internet was surprisingly good.

This property was great! I was allowed to check -in early which gave me time to explore Santiago. The hotel is located right along the main drag so is very convenient. The breakfasts are great and the views are amazing . Highly recommend this hotel !
