Free breakfast was great, many choices, pool was nice and plenty of chairs and towels. Tv had Netflix’s and was also able to attach PlayStation. And it’s a Fridays right next door with decent prices.

I can truly say that the stay at this resort was indeed phenomenal!! From the time we arrived the bell man was on the outside & greeted us pleasantly & introduced himself as he trolleyed our luggage he asked if we needed anything feel free to ask. The receptionist at the desk made sure, we received our room keys quickly. Oh my goodness the food at the restaurant was AWESOME & REALLY REASONABLE PRICE. WE EAT THERE EVERY NIGHT & in the mornings we enjoyed the FREE BREAKFAST. The breakfast chef made pancakes, omelets, & scrambled eggs to your liking. OVERALL I WILL RATE THIS HOTEL AN A+ . OF COURSE THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

The hotel is very well equipped, clean, and has a great presence. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the facilities. Check-in was slow: we waited about 30 minutes in line with only 5 people ahead of us, and no one explained the reason for the delay. Once we got to our room, the power went out across the entire hotel and we were left in complete darkness for about 5 minutes. No one informed guests about what was happening or whether it was expected. Later that night we went to the bar to order something to eat, and the staff member who served us implied they could take our order but would not commit to when we would actually receive the food. The property has a lot of potential, but communication and guest service need to improve for the experience to match the quality of the hotel.
