"The house was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of character, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Madeira. The location is great, peaceful, near fantastic hiking trails and viewpoints. Waking up and drinking a coffee on the patio was heaven. Everything was well taken care of, thanks to André, a fantastic host organizing everything with attention to detail. "Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Man sollte einen Mietwagen nehmen, obwohl der Bus direkt vor dem Haus hält. Das guesthouse liegt etwas abseits. Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden, schnelles Internet, Satellitenfernsehen, Frühstück kann Vorort gebucht. Super lecker. Eier von eigenen Hühnern, Obst zum Teil aus dem Garten. Abends die Möglichkeit einen Absacker zu genießen. Dass Bier braut ein Freund (eine Bar ist zudem direkt gegenüber). Alle Zimmer Meerblick. Die Betreiber kommen aus...

"Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Das Whirlpool konnte nicht immer benutzt werden. Hähne und Hunde übernahmen jeweils den Weckdienst (bei offenem Fenster ;o)."

"The house makes a good impression on the first sight and was perfectly clean. But the kitchen equipment was lacking basics like bread knife (provided on request), a sieve or sufficient amount of bowls. At the stove only 3 of 5 plates worked. Both showers were flooding the bathrooms every time. Sleep was interrupted each night several times by barking dogs in the neighborhood (really noisy) and in two sleeping rooms darkening was not possible. The renting agency and craftsmen entered the house...
