"The bedside lamp was not working. There are no restaurants in the approximately and they only serve paninis. It has a beautiful view but it is quite the drive to get up there. The credit machine was not working so we had to pay cash. "

"My check-in was very easy, my room was clean and ready, I was provided with two complementary bottles of water, the property is in a very good location with excellent views of the sunrise as well as Mount Etna.
