Summer House

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 150 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October to 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June to 30 September, EUR 2.50 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per accommodation, per stay, (varies per unit)
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per stay
• Utility fee: EUR 40 per accommodation, per week

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in after 9:00 PM
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 30 per stay
