"This place is stunning, simply put. They thought of everything - none of the details were missed. Hairdryer in room, spacious bathrooms and spotless rooms, lovely breakfast included. The views, flowers, sounds of birds and refreshing pool are what makes this a special place. Very close to train station in Regua, with lots of restaurants close by."

"The hotel was lovely, the staff was so kind and the entire property smelled like orange blossoms from the trees next to the hotel. The provided breakfast buffet was so good and fresh and the staff also offered individual dishes as well as espressos! My only "complaint" would be that the location has very limited restaurants, like only 3 and 2 of them were closed on Mondays! Bring some snacks and you will love the hotel!"

Please note that the only way to get there is by car and the most convenient option is to take advantage of the dinner offered. "This is a nice boutique hotel in the center city of Lamaga. The room was large, clean, nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't avail ourselves of the spa tub in the room but it is certainly a nice feature. The rooftop pool is inviting and there is an adjacent bar/lounge area. The restaurant features a varied menu and the food was tasty and well prepared. The morning breakfast buffet was generous and nicely presented. "Great place. We had a spacious suite with a nice river view. Close to a river walk which takes you all the way to the 1st big lock on the Douro. Breakfast came in a box to your room every morning with fresh bread, pastries, cheese, ham, orange juice & coffee. Kitchen was also well equipped. We would definitely stay there again."
