He organized a fabulous cheeseboard for us upon arrival set up an incredible personal wine tasting for us on the premise using their local wines. Antonio communicated Our meal preferences to the Chef and greeted us every morning with a smile and suggestions on where to go on the Douro Valley I highly recommend him as being the property manager full-time."
